//New site features// We have updated our Wadja interface with lots of new links and navigation help.

One of the first things you will notice when you log into your Wadja profile is that we have added all your labels on the left side of the page so you can access them quickly.

Your profile home page is not a clean and simple list of the labels you have created and the labels you are following. You will notice that you can also add descriptions on each label you have which is a really helpful way to explain what your label is all about for those people looking to follow.

And finally we have updated our homepage and made it very simple to sign up and join Wadja. Like always you can connect to Wadja with Twitter, Facebook and Google.

We’ve got lots more stuff on the way so keep posted and we will be making updates throughout next week.

We are updating Wadja with a lot of great new features. 

You may have noticed that we added a new Video Chat feature. I will give more info on that in my next post. 

We are also giving SMS messaging its own card deck so that users can focus on SMS texting, and only texting, when that’s what they want to do. This will greatly simplify the UI and keeps a nice clean separation between actions on Wadja that are organized under an interest label (like Post updates) and actions that are not directly related to the interest conversation (like SMS texting). 

FInally we have made som great enhances on our Invite card deck. Remember to invite friends, contacts and anyone else that comes to mind to join you in a conversations on one of your interests.

Recently we had some trouble with the speed of the site, but we are also making some changes to UI scripts and SQL database which should give us a nice loading boost.

New Updates

Thanks to everyone who has been patient with us as we launch a whole new set of updates focused on making conversations interesting and relevant. 

Remember that great conversations start with a common interest, and creating an interest on Wadja is a simple 15 second process.  Just click on the New Interest link on the top of the page and punch in a topic, activity, or thought that matters to you, and most likely it will matter to others as well.

Keep in mind that people who follow, and chat under your interest don’t have to be friends with you already. The more you live and grow, the more you will meet new people from all walks of life who share similar interests as yours…we’re just helping you explore you future.

Share targeted topic links with followers

So the other day I posted about the new bookmarklet feature we added, still in early alpha.  Well today we rolled out a great BETA version of the feature. It is fantastic folks!

Just drag and drop the little button/badge, gray and black icon you see on the left navigation bar up to your web browser bookmark toolbar and voilaaaa.  

Now surf around the web and at any moment click the bookmark icon in your toolbar and share the link to your topic label stream.  

Great part is all your followers will be updated to the post, and if you have the label topic connected to your Twitter account, well Twitter followers will get updated too.  It is so cool, you got to try it out.  

This little feature will bring you tons of referrals and followers and save you so much time and effort in your content organization and archiving efforts.
